Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, any changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests made after this time will be denied. The order can be returned for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged customs fees and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EU Euros, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes once your order is received. Import taxes, duties and related customs charges may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of such charges and taxes is the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs office. What happens if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?


Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective merchandise. When receiving your package, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and any relevant references. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card issuing bank for information on when the refund will appear in your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take a little while for the refund to appear in your account.
